Which is when I went on a personal quest to study, practice, test and then action as many tactics as I could, in order to sleep better and live longer, however most importantly for me, is to still be super active AND super healthy in my 90s and 100s, as opposed to most typical 70 or 80 years olds today, who are in agony every time they move, have no energy, sit around all day and look like the “walking dead”!
